The City of Santa Fe’s Office of Economic Development is initiating the 2026 Economic Development Strategic and Implementation Plan. This project builds on the progress of Santa Fe Forward and is separate from the City’s General Plan.
This strategic plan will guide the Office’s economic development priorities and implementation actions over the next 3–5 years. It will serve as a foundational framework for shaping program development, informing funding allocations, and advancing the Office’s long‑term strategic goals.
